1. License Types

Perpetual License: Usable indefinitely with a single purchase
Annual License: Grants 1-year usage rights

1-1. Updates

Annual License: Can be updated to the latest version
Perpetual License: No updates (locked to version at purchase)

2. Usage

License keys are for the purchaser's personal use only. The following are prohibited:

Sharing or reselling license keys
Lending to others
Unauthorized reproduction

3. One License Per Device

One license key may only be used on one computer. If you need to use E-chart on multiple devices, please purchase additional licenses.

4. Installation Count

Perpetual License: Can be installed on multiple PCs owned by the purchaser (but may only be actively used on one PC at a time)
Annual License: Same as above

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

Application within 30 days of purchase
Software fails to function properly
Refunds due to user error are not eligible

Refunds for customer convenience are not accepted.

6. Annual License Renewal

Annual licenses grant usage rights for 1 year. To continue using E-chart, you must renew (repurchase) your license.

7. Support

Perpetual License: Basic email support (free)
Annual License: Priority email support (free)

8. Disclaimer

The developers are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of E-chart.

9. Policy Changes

These Terms of Service may be changed without notice.
